David Hale founded Grace Heating & Cooling right here in Cape Coral to deliver straightforward HVAC work across Florida. As a locally owned and owner-operated company, the focus stays on clear communication and workmanship customers can inspect for themselves, whether the job is in Lee County or farther north.
Florida's tropical climate brings long stretches of hot humid summers that push cooling systems hard, followed by drier winters that still require reliable heating. From the home base in Cape Coral, the team handles those demands statewide with upfront quotes and practical solutions built for the actual conditions homes face in places like Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, and Sanibel.
Business hours stay consistent so homeowners know when they can reach someone: Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm. That schedule supports both emergency calls and planned maintenance without the runaround.
I started Grace Heating & Cooling after years working on systems across Lee County, where the tropical climate with hot humid summers and dry winters creates constant demands on equipment in neighborhoods like Downtown Cape Coral, Cape Coral Isles, and Burnt Store. Rooted in Cape Coral, I saw how older housing stock near the Cape Coral Yacht Club and Four Freedoms Park needed steady attention, and I wanted to deliver HVAC contractor work statewide in Florida from our base here. We keep regular hours Mon–Fri 8am–6pm and Sat 9am–2pm to serve customers from Fort Myers to Sanibel and beyond.
